Massage Therapy

Ashley has been working as a massage therapist for 10 years. She is driven and continues to obtain knowledge and certifications that will benefit her clients. She utilizes multiple techniques to loosen muscle fascia and relieve pain and tightness. Her goal is to get to the source of why a muscle/nerve is firing and help you learn to strengthen and move in a way that keeps it from the repetitive cycle of pain.
