We Listen!

At Renewed Wellness, we sincerely care about your well-being. While working in primary care, we noticed that medications were used to put a temporary bandaid on an illness, disease, ailment. We would label it, treat it and never get to the source of the problem. Patients were then left taking something to keep the bothering symptoms at bay. Often times these medications would have unwanted side effects, that all too often are prescribed something to mitigate those. It was a vicious cycle of polypharmacy. We now focus on the root cause with a goal of getting to the heart of the matter and answer the question “WHY are you ill?” We take into account your data, your story, and your history to complete a picture of your health and start, from the bottom up, to build a healthier you.

Meet the Team

Nurse Practitioner/Owner

Amber Fair

Amber has been in the medical field since 1998. Her background in the Emergency Room aided her in honing in on assessment skills for multiple body system ailments. She graduated from Franklin College in 2000, then IU School of Nursing in 2003 and completed her Master's in Nursing in 2015 from the University of Indianapolis.
She is working on her certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine, and has completed the Peptide Certifications, BHRT certification, and the IV Nutrition Therapy certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, Rob, and they have three daughters: Lexi, Emma, and Leah. She enjoys her kettlebell class and Peloton rides. She spends the majority of her free time studying as well as running from place to place as her daughters all play travel or college softball.

Massage Therapist

Ashley Miller

Ashley attempts to live out her life verse in her service to others. She has worked in the orthopedic field for 20 years as a CNA and then the last 10 as a massage therapist. She approaches her massages therapeutically and will often have a follow up approach that allows the patient to move forward with a treatment plan. Her treatments are not just pain and stress relievers, but a means to determine the root cause of the symptoms.
Ashley is certified in myofascial release, bamboo, Graston, medicupping as well as deep tissue therapy. She has also obtained a certification through ISSA for personal training. This gives her additional insight into muscle mechanics and the knowledge that exercise is a great way to help clear the mind and strengthen the body to help with longevity. She is eager to learn and loves to educate in any way she can to help her clientele in overall wellness. She listens, learns and educates to help her clients with the best personalized massage/treatment plan that they are comfortable with and need.

Finance

Rob Fair

Rob graduated from Franklin College in 2000 with a degree in Accounting and minor in Business. He has spent the last 20 years as the CFO of Miller Expedited Freight and Miller Properties of Indiana and will continue this position while managing the finances of Renewed Wellness. He is also part-owner of Indy Trailers, LLC since 2019.
His free time is spent running from softball field to softball field, but manages to get a lot of "business" done on the golf course as well.

Nurse Practioner

Lynn Adams

Lynn Adams is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a registered nurse in 2011, spending most of her time as a RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Riley Hospital. After finishing her NP program in 2018, she began practicing in primary care.

She began to hae an interest in a more integrative approach to medicine, hoping to provide her patients with more answers, and digging into the root cause of symptoms.

She has been married to her husband, Kyle, since 2013. They have three beautiful children, Liam, Ruby and Dane. They love to vacation and travel, watching their children in sports/activities and being outdoors.
